As a child, my family camped a lot! I mean come Friday night Dad would get off work and Mom would already have our Winnebago packed up and off we would go.
Every.Weekend.
I have lot's of great memories from those weekends primarily spent in Washington State and Oregon. Pronounced (ore-i-gun) for my East Coaster's.
As an adult, my career choice has me talking about RV's and camping all day long but I haven't seen a campground in 30 years.
I decided to rectify that situation and since I refuse to "tent" (shudder), I am now the proud owner of the lovely "Glamper" in this picture. The Artic Cat was a luxury that my kids enjoy so much that I have maybe been on it 3 times since last fall.
Our first journey had us at Newton Hills State Park about 20 minutes from Sioux Falls which is where my home is. We thought the initial journey should be close by in case we completely hate it, or forget something essential or can't figure out how to do something etc..etc. Actually it went well and I was surprised to be one of the smaller RV's in the park. Of course, I was in heaven...look at all these prospective clients!! How did I not think of this sooner???? So, as I travel around, you might run into me and I might throw a business card at you and if one day I actually run into one of my Full Timer clients, I will be SO Excited!! Can't wait for that to happen!!
