Nationalgeneral.com mobile site now available on Android devices and Windows Phones.
Beginning March 30, 2015, a mobile version of the nationalgeneral.com self-service portal will be available for Android device and Windows Phone users. Availability for other devices (Apple iOS, BlackBerry, etc.) will soon follow.
All current functionality available to customers on the desktop version of nationalgeneral.com will be available on the mobile-friendly version of our site. Customers will be able to file a claim and check a claim's status, make payments, view coverage, request ID cards (via mail, email and fax), renew a policy and more!
Our eSignature feature, which allows customers to do verifications right from their smartphone, will also be available. That means that your customers can digitally sign and submit their documents on their phone while still in your office, decreasing paperwork and time spent calling customers for signatures. We will be introducing even more functionality to our mobile site in the future, so stay tuned!
National General customers with a supported device can check out the new look and feel of our mobile friendly site by going to nationalgeneral.com and logging in. They will need to register their policy to gain online access to their policy.
